Soufflé Omlette and Cheese

Soufflé Omlette and Cheese
4 eggs
Whites whisked stiff
Yolks mixed with cream, milk,salt, pepper
Fold yolks into whites.
Butter in the pan ( that great French one you gave me Tommy )
Low heat.
Cook until bottom is golden brown.
Sprinkle cheese.
Under grill in oven till top is cooked and cheese is brown.
Tip cover pan handle with foil if it's not oven proof.
Delicious.
