While on a bit if a British Pub Grub roll, I made this tasty Meatloaf meets Beef Wellington meets Sausage Roll combo.
When we lived in England in the West Sussex countryside we had lots of pubs in our area. Our locals, both in easy walking distance of our house were The Mucky Duck and the 16th century The Ship. We loved heading out to the pub on foot or on our bikes for the Sunday Roast Dinner.
